A six-week group for adults managing persistent pain. Each session combines practical movement with discussion about pacing, sleep and managing flare-ups. Groups are capped at ten so there is room for questions. A referral from your GP or one of our clinicians is needed. Register through the portal or call reception on 03 9675 0600.
